Well, it appears Mark Bittman is back trying to agitate things as the former columnist, and now fellow at the Union of Concerned Scientists, has an op-ed in the New York Times, G.M.O. Labeling Law Could Stir a Revoution?dated?ستمبر 2.
Some of you may recall Bittman decided to “put his money where his mouth is” by leaving journalism to run a vegan meal delivery startup, The Purple Carrot. ?It took him only about six months before he discovered it was pretty damn hard actually working before leaving?without any party being clear as to exactly why. ?Evidently he also found it’s a heckuva lot easier to be sanctimonious and to criticize others with your own worldview, even if factually misleading, rather than do something more productive (See: Mark Bittman Eats His Words — And Chokes) – like helping to feed people as farmers of all kinds do around the world.
