Kees Huizinga: How a Dutch Native Started Farming in Ukraine

His interest for farming only continued to grow from there; After attending an agricultural university, he eventually ended up Uman, Ukraine where he farms today.

Kornelis Kees Huizinga

Kornelis 'Kees' Huizinga has farmed in central Ukraine for 20 ta'u, growing onions, carrots, uite, Paʻale, canola, sugar beet, koane, sunflowers and navy beans. They also have a modern dairy farm. Kees is a member of the Global Farmer Network. ʻI he 2022, Kees received the GFN Kleckner Global Farm Leader Award.
