________

Er zijn bijna zeker mensen die lezen, it appears Mark Bittman is back trying to agitate things as the former columnist, and now fellow at the Union of Concerned Scientists, has an op-ed in the New York Times, G.M.O. Labeling Law Could Stir a Revoution?dated?september 2.

Some of you may recall Bittman decided toput his money where his mouth isby leaving journalism to run a vegan meal delivery startup, The Purple Carrot. ?It took him only about six months before he discovered it was pretty damn hard actually working before leaving?without any party being clear as to exactly why. ?Evidently he also found it’s a heckuva lot easier to be sanctimonious and to criticize others with your own worldview, even if factually misleading, rather than do something more productive (See: Mark Bittman Eats His WordsAnd Chokes) – like helping to feed people as farmers of all kinds do around the world.
