Gabriella Cruz is a conventional farmer from Portugal of various cereals, rapeseed, gado, and Iberian hogs. Being a fourth-generation farmer, she is well-educated on the importance of water efficiency and conservation.
In stark contrast to Gabriela is farmer Amadou Sidibe from Mali. Amadou began his professional career as an architect but eventually discovered a dedication and passion for agriculture. Being from West Africa, rather than southwestern Europe, water usage in agriculture looks much different but is just as vital.
