Jim McCarthy is a member of the Global Farmer Network and this Irish man is a farmer in Romania.

In this article from the Irish Farmers Journal, he tells about the farm impact of the war in Ukraine. Farmers in eastern Ukraine are going to find it difficult to plant spring crops. McCarthy’s comments were made during a Teagasc Tillage Edge podcast.
